Scope of Works:

We delivered a complete dry-lining package for a commercial office renovation, working under tight deadlines to help the client reopen and get their staff back in as quickly as possible. Our team carried out:

1st Fix Metal Framing to ceilings, partitions & wall linings
Beam Encasements & vapour barrier installation
Multiple Pattresses fitted throughout for future fixings
2nd Fix to Ceilings using double-skin fire-rated Siniat plasterboards with 100mm acoustic insulation
2nd Fix to Partitions & Wall Linings using Siniat soundproof boards – dual layer to party walls, single elsewhere
Full plastering finish throughout the space

Project Challenges

This project came with its share of technical and regulatory demands, especially due to the building being part commercial / part residential. Fire regulations and building codes had to be carefully followed, with multiple tricky areas requiring smart problem-solving on-site.

Despite the pressure of multiple trades following behind us, we delivered everything on time and without delays, keeping the project flowing day-to-day.

Client Feedback

The estate agency team was absolutely thrilled with the results! Staff returning to work were amazed by the quality of the new workspace. The upgraded insulation and vapour barrier layer also made a huge difference — especially during summer months, thanks to the full-height glass front elevation.

We’re currently expecting a formal testimonial from the client – but their response so far speaks volumes.
