Setting out, shaft walls, first and second fix and MF ceilings across three blocks of luxury apartments, town houses and penthouses.

Project overview
From outside this is another tall building, but inside it includes a spa with a large swimming pool on the ground floor, its own garden, town houses from ground to second floor along all three blocks, high ceilings and windows on the third floor, many apartment designs and a penthouse in each block. Work was carried out during the COVID-19 period with masks and regular testing on site.
Our scope
Setting out
Shaft walls, including smoke shafts and service risers
First fix: metal framing and boarding to party walls and partitions
Second fix: vapour barrier, insulation and boarding
MF ceilings framed and boarded, with a mastic seal to the perimeter for sound and air tightness
Rectification and remedial works after M&E
Team
The project used the Speedline specification with British Gypsum boards, and our labour peaked at 15 fixers. We are always happy to supply workforce to existing clients and welcome new ones.
