What is Dry-Lining… Unfortunately even now not everyone knows the modern way of construction, mostly it covers internal works, but sometimes façade works as well such as SFS – Structural or Steel Framing Systems which allows you to build walls quickly and using correct materials you can achieve maximum warmth of your building.
Meaning Dry-Lining covers all works associated with plasterboarding, plastering or tape & jointing and works with suspended ceilings.
Every job has different stages of Dry-Lining and sometimes, working on a large and long-term project you might catch a moment when all these stages need monitoring and managing.
Common stages on the project are – 1st fix, 2nd fix, Suspended ceilings building, Plastering or Tape & Jointing, Snagging, Remedials, Variation works and most difficult part of it – Rectification works.
