Project overview
We worked on Circle Square, a neighbourhood of offices, apartments, student accommodation and hotels. Our main work was a six-floor hotel with about 30 rooms per floor, plus a large car park with lifts and a restaurant with offices, comms rooms and staff areas.

Result
We joined at the final stage, when first and second fix and most ceilings (including spray plastering) were complete. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic between mid-summer and late autumn 2020, we met the deadlines and completed our work on time.
