Drywall Machines took part in construction works of Circle Square project – a neighbourhood comprising office space, apartments, student accommodation, hotels and much more. We worked on a hotel construction as well as a large car park with lifts, a restaurant with surrounding areas such as offices, comms rooms, restrooms and other staff areas. The hotel which consists of 6 floors, with about 30 rooms per floor, was our main work on this project. We worked on the project during its final stage. As common works such as 1st fix and 2nd fix, as well as most ceilings had been completed including spray plastering. We had to tight all remedies, complete snagging on the existing works, install suspended ceilings, shaft walls, lift fronts, as well as complete soffit insulation on the car park, do some external works such as SFS, fit access panels of different types and sizes and lots of variation works. While working on the project we faced certain challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in the period from the middle of the summer to the end of autumn 2020. Despite this fact, we have managed to adhere to the deadlines and complete our work in due course.
