Project overview
Drywall Machines took part in building a hotel in Chester for a European hotel chain. The project was made up of two four-storey blocks, where the mezzanine and lower-ground areas needed a lot of partitioning.
Our scope
First- and second-fix partitions
Numerous bulkheads throughout the building
Letterbox forming and other builders' works
High-level work from MEWPs and aluminium towers (IPAF and PASMA qualified)
Working through the pandemic
The site was shut during the first wave of COVID-19. We returned once the main contractor had put safety measures in place, with trade numbers reduced by 50% to work safely. None of our team caught COVID-19 during the project.
